Single hop series. rafted with American and German malted barley, American white wheat, and our house ale yeast, this ale is soft, refreshing, and incredibly complex. We taste notes of rainbow stripe gum, pineapple, passionfruit, orange sorbet, and pine.
It is named after Catullus (84 - 53 BCE), who was a famous poet of the Roman Republic. He influenced other famous Roman poets such as Ovid and Virgil, and his collection of poems continues to influence writers, poets, and artists to this day.
