100% NC grown Pilsner and Munich barley malt from @carolinamalthouse and generous amounts of flaked barley and flaked wheat; saturated with Mosaic and Sabro in the whirlpool, and dry hopped with Cashmere, Sabro, and Mosaic, then rested on dragon fruit for a nice tropical flavor.
