A fun twist on a Belgian Witbier. Instead of the more traditional dried Curaçao Orange peel and coriander seed, we’ve substituted in fresh and dried lemon zest and Lactose sugar. The result is a refreshing beer with a nice foundation of citrus character, while the lactose sweetness provides balance and texture. Brewed with healthy amounts of wheat and oats, showing a straw like haziness, and fluffy white head.

12 oz bottle. Aroma and flavor are zesty with plenty of lemon peel, slightly tart, wheaty, and some spicy notes. Mouthfeel is moderately carbonated and not watery. Overall it is well-balanced and a great summer beer.

Didn't really get a pour on this one but the smell was excellent full of cereal grains wheat and just a touch of lemon. The flavor really shines full of wheat grains robust orange peel and lemon sweet finish. Body is light and refreshing dangerously drinkable.
Overall a solid beer I would love to have again!

On tap poured with a small head that leaves delicate lacing down the side of the glass. Nice, clean smell, slight banana and clove. Smooth in the mouth, and clean refreshing finish. Slightly bitter aftertaste. First time seen, will have it again.
