On tap in a standard pint glass.
A- Pale yellow color with a satin finish. Visible carbonation. This pour resulted in a thin white head that left lots of lacing.
S- Lemon, light funky yeast, floral and herbal hops.
T- Lemon citrus flavor, some malt and yeast. Peppery. Funky.
M- Starts tart and lively, finishes flat. Maybe it was under carbonated. Finishes with a long blend of spicy and mineral flavor.
O- Mouth feel held this one back for me.

The beer offers grainy malts, honey sweetness, hints of pepper spiciness, floral and light hop bitterness on the finish. A soft carbonation with a lighter mouthfeel.
