Best before Jan 2016. From the stubby flip top bottle, it pours a very dark brown with no head. In the nose, it is alcohol and grapes, interestingly. In the mouth, a strongly flavored dark fruity flavor comes through.

Tasted in a snifter from a 6.75 fl oz bottle on March 29, 2020. Best by 12/2025. Highly aromatic through ice-maturation. Brewed in accordance to the German purity law with special yeast.

Only my 2nd Eisbock, Ice 13 is not Aventinus.
But 13 is still good. I smell apples. I taste them and a bunch of other fruits, some dried like raisins.
13 was prickly on the tongue, less so as it warmed... but still prickly, possible due to high alcohol.
As 13 warmed, more fruits emerged too.
If I have 13 again, I won't have it ice-cold as the label suggests.

Caramel brown color.
Lots of toffee and raisin, dried apples and molasses. Fruity and sweet. Malty. Caramel.
Full bodied. Alcohol is hidden. This one is enjoyable.

6.75 fl oz. bottle, label notched at best by 12/2025. Acquired a bottle of this oddity at a Chicagoland area Binny's and have been holding it down for several months. Labeled as Schorschbock Icebock 13 on my bottle. "Serve Ice Cold!" "Highly Aromatic Through Ice Maturation". My first encounter with this style of beer, Eisbock or Icebock.
Poured into a Big Eddy snifter glass.
A - Pours a thick syrupy sunset orange amber liquid. No conjuration of any type of head. No evidence of any bubbles or carbonation. A still, thick looking liquid in the glass. Some yeast dredges fall from the bottom of the bottle. Looks intriguing.
S - Interesting aromatics, lots of aged fruits - apples, pears, figs, dates, peaches, plums. Definitely smells like mashed / overripe fruit. Notes of intensified malt sweetness / caramel are evident. Interesting and intriguing aroma. Only a very subtle hint of alcohol.
T - Taste follows the nose: lots of malt sweetness, notes of brown sugar & molasses are evident, with lots of fallen overripe / dried fruit flavors - apples, pears, figs, dates, prunes, peaches. Minor note of alcohol warmth becomes apparent on the finish. I get a bit of smoke / peat / malt type flavor that dissipates over the course of drinking. The specialized yeast is doughy and bready on the finish.
M - The feel is smooth, slick, slightly syrupy, but not overly sweet. Semi-thick & full-bodied. Definitely a sipper.
Overall, a unique and interesting beer experience. Would be curious to try the others, but this is really only something i would grab for novelty's purpose, not as something i'd be inclined to drink regularly.

Hazy caramel color with minimal head. Dark fruit, brown sugar and yeast aroma. Flavor is sweet with lots of dark fruit. Mild funk. Full body. Syrupy. Low carbonation. Quite enjoyable.

Tawny amber with a thin swirling skim and ring around the edges. Bright clarity.
Aroma is concentrated apple with a little bit of cotton candy.
Very smooth without any fusels, no alcohol heat.
Taste is a little prickly, full bodied with flavors of apple strudel.
Lingering baked apple aftertaste, cinnamon, nutmeg, dry and clean.
Great stuff, hides the ABV well, not smoky at all really.
