Batch 1 (2013). Has definitely started to fall off, but very cool to try it. Raising my rating slightly in consideration.

White wine, orange & clementine, oak, grass and fresh crushed leaves. Mild spice and musty notes from their house yeast - white peppery and bright. Finishes dry but somewhat rounded due to medium body. Another F&M Saison winner.

500 mL bottle poured into a snifter.
Appearance - Slightly hazy orange. Medium white head and a very thin collar.
Smell - Oak. Light lemon and some wine/grape-like fruitiness.
Taste - Tart. Lots of orange. White wine, but not too strong. Oak. Some sweetness lingers along with the tart finish.
Mouthfeel - Low carbonation. Medium light body.
Overall - Quite nice. Finish is a little messy and I'd like a bit more carbonation, though.
