Seems that these bottles are highly variable. Poured yellow orange, low carb, head fades quickly leaving a pretty still looking beer. Nose is light, sweet plum, grain / biscuit, a little musty, some honey. Flavor amps up the sweet plum / pluot flavor. Finishes medium, modest acidity.

Lots of Lacto in the smell, not getting any fruit. Medium to heavy sourness. No carb issues. Getting some fruit, but not sure if it taste like plum or not. Pretty good if you like lots of sourness.

I know there has been a ton of bottle variation with this series but this bottle was pretty enjoyable and balanced and did not lack carb.
