Appearance: Arrives cola brown in color with an inch of foam on top; plenty of lacing is left behind
Smell: Roast, caramel. spicy yeast tones and citrusy hops
Taste: Opens roasty with a bit of caramel sweetness; by mid-palate, the Belgian yeast and citrusy hops take over and intertwine through the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Quite an interesting beer, this; really like the combination of the roasted malt, the Belgian yeast and the citrusy hops; masterfully brewed
