Unripe blueberry, lemon, yogurt, lacto and oak. Not a whole lot of blueberry flavor. Light, crisp, tart, not too sour. Short, bright finish. As it warms, I'm getting wisps of blueberry flavor. It's there and then it's gone. It's ok.

500 ml bottle poured into a Cantillon balloon glass
Appearance: Pours a lighter ruby red with hints of orange with less than a finger of a white head that settles to a thin ring. Body is lightly hazy with some fine suspended sediment and light carbonation.
Smell: Blueberry, grape, oak, mild lacto, and peppery yeast. Aroma strength is relatively low.
Taste: Tart blueberry, white grape, mild funk, hint of red berry, pepper and grass. Slight oak character in the finish. Medium sourness. Sourness is low/medium.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with a soft mouthfeel and low/medium gentle carbonation. Tart and dry finish.
Overall: The best F&M beer I've ever tried. Ranks up there with the best barrel aged saisons in the world.
