64 oz growler into a teku
Appearance: Pours a light golden amber color with 2 fingers of a white head. Body is very lightly hazy with light carbonation.
Smell: Coffee, citrus, mild belgian yeast character.
Taste: Coffee, cocoa powder, some mild citrus and light peppery yeast character in the finish. Very light tartness as well.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied and crisp, with medium carbonation. Finishes dry with very mild bitterness.
Overall: One of the most interesting beers I've had. The coffee, cocoa and satsumas combine for a strange combination of flavors that probably shouldn't work well together, but somehow do.

One o the most unique saisons I've ever had. Satsumas,clementines , cocoa and coffee. Very flavorful and delicious.

A really complex yet super drinkable Saison-like brew. Love the additions of Satsuma mandarin, clementine, cacao and coffee ... there is some wow factor here.
