This should be a treat. Thanks to the fine folks at F&M for reserving this for me for a couple of days. 500 ml bottle into a champagne flute.
A - Pours like champagne for sure. It's a lovely slightly hazy golden color with a large pearl head. Plenty of bubbles streaming up. Darker than I would have expected. Nice.
N - Definitely tart on the nose. I get the requisite amount of barnyard funk, but I really detect that sourness. Maybe some lemon in there.
T - Interesting! This is VERY dry. Like bone dry. Not unpleasantly so, but it was unexpected since it was so fruity and funky up front. It's like they hit the pause button in the middle just as things were getting good. Not that they got bad, they just didn't quite reach the finish line.
M - Very fizzy around the tongue, and the tartness really hits you on the back end before the dryness kicks in. A strange beer.
O - Like a said, a strange beer. This is definitely well-crafted, and I am intrigued enough to be interested in acquiring others.

Pours a hazy copper color with a decent fluffy white head. Head reduces fairly quick leaving a nice ring around the edge. Smell was lime, lemongrass and funk. Taste followed with the lime and slight funk and then Some lemongrass on the end. Little harsh at times. Feel was dry. Each sip left the mouth dry after. Overall a pretty good beer.

Golden orange colored body; thin white head. Aromas of lime, lemongrass, white wine, oak and some tart funk. Flavor is nice and tart, citrusy (you can certainly pick out the limes), oak and some dry white grapes.

Pour is hazed dark amber with lots of tight white head that lingers with a thick lace. Nose is heavy citric lime, a bit peppery, and some dusty brett. Flavor follows suit, bright lime, very citric but low acidity, leathery brett, a hint of pineapple. Finish is slightly bitter, light body and high carb, delicate feel.

Interesting and a bit underrated little beer. Oddly for a saison, it reminds me a lot of Cantillon Gueuze. I like the interplay of the barrel, lime and lemongrass. Tart and a touch bitter with some sweetness to bring everything in line. Tasty and refreshing.

Cloudy in appearance with a quarter inch head on the pour. Citrusy, grassy aroma at the nose. Slight bitter taste, grassy, lemony taste to me. Upon checking more into the ingredients the beer was made with lemongrass and lime which validates my taste buds. Much too citrusy at the finish. I prefer my saisons lighter in ABV with less of a pungent bitterness and with more clarity at least to give me the perception that I am drinking a lighter fruitier, aromatic beer and not the perception that the brewers were trying to make this a hoppy saison.

500 ml bottle dated 2/20/2015. Poured into a teku
Appearance: Pours dark orange with 3 fingers of a creamy, off white head. Good retention and lacing. Body is hazy but translucent.
Smell: Lime, white grape, floral, mild funk and some lacto character. Lemongrass starts to come through more as the beer warms.
Taste: Low medium sourness followed by lime, peppery yeast, herbal character, fresh grain and white grape. There's some mild funk as well, but it's mostly a clean sourness. Mild to medium lingering bitterness in the finish.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with a softish feel and medium gentle carbonation. Tart, dry finish.
Overall: Another good one from these guys. Definitely worth checking out.
