This saison was brewed with wheat, barrel aged and then dry hopped. Notes of white peach, nectarine, vanilla and mango.

A: Opaque, murky orange. Small, white, film of a head. Doesn't hang around too long.
S: Funk. Typical farmhouse character and aromas. Stone fruit.
T: Tart. Funk. Peach. Finishes dry and clean.
M: Slides down the throat nice and easy. Medium body.
O: Very good Saison, pretty typical of what you'd expect of the style. Well constructed. The peach angle adds something enjoyable. I don't pick up the aging. Clean, kind of refreshing drinker. Goes down easy.
