Grisette we fermented in French oak. Hoppy, delicately funky, with floral citrus notes in a dry finish.

Everything I look for in a saison (though this is technically a Gris). Hints of funk and light tartness, a bit of spice peaks through, ever changing as it warms. How do you pack that much flavor in 4%?
