An acidic blonde ale fermented in French Oak puncheons. Notes of vanilla, lemonade, and white grapes; finishes with a clean, dry sourness.

On tap at F&M.
Nice pour, cloudy golden-yellow, foamy white head, good lacing. Tart citrus candy in the aroma, touch of mineral. Oak comes out in a big way in the taste, assertive lemony tartness, crisp and leafy, with a dry and woody finish. Very nice beer overall, and one of the better F&M draughts I've had.
