750 mL bottle poured into a Belgian tulip glass. Bought from the brewery on release date. Bottled on January 15, 2016 at 5% ABV.
L - bright pale-yellow color with white highlights. Loose and bubbly foam head but not sustainable. Thin ring around the glass with loose lacing. Some floaties but not too much.
S - lemon, white grape, tart fruit background. Soft wheat just cominig through. No hop character but overall scent is citrus.
T - Dry white wine, lemon, juicy white grape as opposed to grapefruit. Not picking up any oak character, but very bright and tart. Almost sour-like in taste, like a gose ale. Wine aftertaste coats the mouth.
F - dry white wine dense feel. A touch of carbonation. 5% ABV makes this very drinkable, which is good for the big bottle. Session saison would be appropiate I think.

750 mL bottle. Lightly hazy yellow body. Smells of white wine and a light acidity. Light cracker malt. Toasty oak. Taste is light lemon tartness. Strong white wine and even a little sweetness from it. Very light malt character. A little pilsner and wheat malt. Faint bitterness. Light body. A lot of barrel character on a very light saison, but it's really nice.
