Notes: Very hazy light gold body beneath a finger-thick head of bright white. Fair retention and lacing. Aroma of papaya, mango, and a bit of earthiness. The flavor adds some citrus pith and/or chalky mineral character. Balanced by a stiff bitterness. Dry finish with some residual fruitiness. Light-medium in body and smooth with a very fine bubbled median carbonation. Interesting and highly drinkable.
