Pours a golden color with slight cloudiness but otherwise nice frothy whit head and plenty of carbonation. Smells musty and barnyard like with banana, citrus & dust. Tastes rustic, very farmhouse like. Flavors of citrus, plantain (like the description from F&M) and lots of earthiness. Malt flavor seems wheat, oats or other grains. Finished with a kiss of bitterness. Very drinkable beer that reminds me of Belgian beers brewed in some cavernous building with plenty of cobwebs around. Very interesting and nicely done beer!

On cask @ Forest & Main Brewing Co. in Ambler, PA.
Deep gold/orange color with a slight haze. Bright aromas of orange, lemon, and pils malt with a slight funk to it. Tart and slightly puckering. Extremely dry in the finish and a little biting on the palate. Nice saison but I was ready to move on to a different beer after my 10 oz pour.
