Appearance: amber in color with a 1/2" head that slowly falls.
Smell: oak and some spiciness linger in the aroma.
Taste: grass, lemon zest, cracked pepper, strong oak flavors, some dark fruit, and a mild bitterness.
Mouthfeel: medium bodied beer. Lightly crisp throughout. Long lasting oak flavor.
Overall: a slow sipping dark saison that is full of oak goodness.
