Another huge thanks to Arthur for the bottle. Cheers man!
A lovely straw body, very light, with a snappy white head that dissipates quickly but manages to leave behind some spottiness.
Very subtle aromas of tart apples, pear, and crushed cereal.
Flavor is similar. It's very light and delicate in both flavor and texture. Grainy, lightly tart, a touch of lemon.
Very light feeling, almost watery thin, but has a lovely crushed velvet carbonation. The lightest amount of acidity makes this insanely drinkable. The glass is emptying too quickly.
Beers like these showcase how simplicity is perhaps the most advanced art in beer. This captures what a beer should be after a hard day's work. Light, delicious, thirst quenching.
Cheers.
