Pours a clear, pale straw — highly effervescent— with a massive, billowy, near-white head. Great retention and eventual rings of lacing.
Classic saison yeast profile in the nose: light lemon, light funk, light coriander, light soap and even lighter white pepper.
Very clean tasting with a touch of cut grass, lemon and apple skin. It has a fairly strong mineral water element in the finish.
Light bodied with strong, tight carbonation.
A nice saison that’s very true to its Belgian roots. This would go great with some cheese sitting outdoors watching the sun set.

Poured from a tallboy can into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Cloudy light golden pour with massive fluffy white head. Crazy retention and great lacing.
S: Light citrus and hops. Lemon and funk.
T/F: Follows the nose... light grains and citrus. Lemon and faint spice. Modest tartness... grassy and floral. Light bodied with creamy carbonation. Finish is more lemon citrus.
O: A very nice light saison... solid flavor and an impressive little beer. Love the low ABV... super crushable.

A- A slightly hazy light straw color with a three finger white head
S- Pears, some peppercorns, some sweet malts, touch of lemon tartness, a little earthy.
T- Slightly tart, lemons, pears, some peppercorns, some sweet malts, mild earthy funk.
M- Smooth, light body.
O- A tasty saison, definitely for under 4% ABV. I would definitely recommend this if you like low ABV saisons.
