Very pale, very clear straw with a massive, rocky white head. Spotty lacing.
Lemon peel, coriander, and classic saison yeast.
The taste follows, with the lemon the most dominant, a little biscuity sweetness and a touch of mineral water in the finish. Lovely twist-of-lemon aftertaste.
Light bodied with prickly carbonation in the feel.
Another great spin on a classic Belgian saison.

S- Wheat, some lemons, floral, cloves, more wit like than saison but good.
T- Wheat, cloves, some banana, floral, touch of tart lemons.
M- Smooth, light body
O- Again this is a little more wit like than saison like, very easy to drink.
