Pours a cloudy, but otherwise clear golden color. Quite effervescent and lively when poured and for as long as there is beer in the glass. Huge pillowy 4 - 5 finger head forms on the beer, then slowly collapses and dissipates until just a thin layer of foam remains on top of the beer.

Aroma has lightly fruity and floral notes with grains, some spicy yeast notes on the back end.

Taste has notes of fruits, floral hops notes, grain, an earthy tone with some lemon grass, pepper and yeast coming through as well. There is a mild peppery, spicy finish to the beer.

Feel is light, incredibly vibrant and sprightly. Bright, highly carbonated.

Overall a very nice saison, enjoyable to drink with some interesting notes to keep your attention.

L - 2-finger bright white head atop a translucent yellow body.

S - flowers, oranges, candy.

T - very floral to start. Followed by some herb, apple cider, lime, lemongrass, mushroom, dirt, and honey. No bitterness. Moderate-low sweetness. No booziness.

F - medium-light body with aggressive carb.

O - a very well named brew.

Vibrant, hazed pale yellow with two fingers of foamy white head. Thick lacing.

Classic saison aroma. Floral hops and a hint of soap. Light fruit, including pear and peach skins. Lovely.

The taste is very nice, but doesn't live up to the nose. A touch too dry and herbal to my preference. There's a little green apple, but the fruit is downplayed, leaving the nice floral / soapy character up front, and then a peppery note, some mineral water and a fairly strong medicinal herb impression on the backend. Some light bitterness and the mineral water element linger in the aftertaste.

Light bodied with a light slickness to the feel that's cut by a hard-edged carbonation.

These guys make excellent saisons. The nose and taste here were a little incongruent for me, but it's still good stuff.
