16 oz can into nonic pint glass. Label indicates it's "can conditioned black saison"
black in color, but some light gets through the edges of the glass. thick rocky cream colored head. excellent head retention and lacing. aroma of mild roast, mild dark chocolate, earthy spice, bready malt. similar flavors in the taste, fairly dry. Slightly minerally aftertaste. medium bodied, smooth drinking.
