Pale yellow in color with good clarity. Poured with a tall, foamy, bright white foam with excellent retention. Medium tart fruity aromas with a bit of mellow funk and light malt. Medium light bodied with soft effervescent carbonation that provides a creamy feel. Nellow tart pear and apple flavors with funky yeast notes up front follows by slowly expanding peppery esters. Light bitterness through the middle followed by malty flavors, green banana esters and tapering spiciness. Finished lingering funky yeast flavors and light tart fruity notes. Light and refreshing with great Belgian ester characters and well balanced mellow funkiness.
