We brewed this one with Deer Creekâs malted barley, spelt, and rye; hopped it with some of our attic aged hops, as well as some fresh Saaz and Wolf; fermented it with our 2021 Foraged Yeast Culture. It has notes of delicate ginger soda, spicy pear seltzer, cranberry flowers, tangerine chewing gum, well seasoned split wood, tales from the attic, and the lovely Saison Joie de Vivre.
