Extremely lively beer. Conservative partial pour still almost spilled over the glass. Once settled, it's a bright, translucent yellow with loads of foamy white head. Aroma is grass, herbs, cracker, yeast and funk. Taste is a little earthier and funkier than the nose. Light in body. Tasty, solid saison.
