We brewed this saison in collaboration with our pals Tim and Thom @EverWildFarm , using a bunch of fresh fennel bulbs and fronds from their farm just up the road. We mashed a modest amount of barley, triticale, and wheat from @DeerCreekMalt, and added aged and fresh Saaz and Hersbrucker hops along with the fennel in the whirlpool.

Drank on tap and from a can. This beer starts to shine as it warms up a bit.
This might be the best looking beer can out there.
Saison yeast Very mild fennel, needle like carbonation in the mouth some bitterness in the finish. Black licorice as this warms.
