Poured into a wide mouth grip shaped goblet: color is straw gold, slight haze, thin head that dissipates quickly to nothing, no lacing.

Smell is floral, light malt, hints of lemongrass, light tea, grassed herbs.

Taste is forward malt with floral notes of chamomille, floral tea, light lemongrass, hint of grassed hops.

Mouthfeel is low/moderate carbonation, low/moderate sweetness, low bitterness and not too dry.

Overall a pleasant lighter saison with notable floral and tea like characteristics, limited yeast character.

Pours a frothy foamy 1 finger head with med retention, fair soapy lacing, mostly clear light pale color, interestingly out of the 3 beers I've had tonight from them, this is the most clear least hazy yet the style I expect to be the most hazy out of the three

Nose brings floral aromas, chamomile and dandelion like flower, grassy, lemongrassy, lemony tart fruit, a little doughy wheat, light herbal coriander like spices, little yeasty doughy

Taste brings more of the same, starting quite tart though more like a Belgian sour than saison but not totally out of the realm, more spices with coriander, flowers with straight up chamomile tea and somehow a lot of it, more lemony tartness, lemony sour and lemongrass, a bit of buttery diacetyl I think, hops bringing mild bitterness up front, getting a bit spicy with med bitterness late on the dry finish

Mouth is med bod, med to higher frothy carb (actually OK for this style unlike the other two), mild slick diacetyl

Overall not bad, better than the last two I had, but still a bit off, too tart, chamomile was somehow overpowering, the spices came from actual spices and not yeast like it should have, lots of adjuncts, really not sure what the plan was in the end other than tons of summery characters that don't really homogenize well
