On side pull tap at Forest and Main Brewing in Ambler, PA.
This one pours a clear golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like baked bread, lemongrass, white pepper, and some vague citrusy character.
I’m not exactly sure what sort of flavors using spelt provides here, but I definitely enjoy it! There’s a doughy baked bread sort of flavor, rustic and lightly spicy, with lemongrass, white pepper, and fresh cut grass. There’s a touch of lemon peel and grapefruit, too.
This is lighter bodied, but really crisp and clean, and really drinkable.
The spelt added some interesting dimensions to this, I really enjoyed this lager.

This is a totally blind review from a can.
Fairly clear golden pour. A decent amount of carbonation rising in the glass to form a 1 finger white and fluffy head. The head retention is great, and there's some nice lacing on the glass. 4.25
Light biscuit nose. Aroma is fairly faint. 3.5
Taste - The flavor is more than the nose. A good biscuit flavor with a nice hop finish. 4
Body is light, and crisp. There's a bitter feeling in my throat that builds. 3.75
A very tasty beer overall. Good for a hot day. 3.75

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
