Cracked open a pint can to discover perhaps the most ridiculously overly foamy beer, ever. It flowed seemingly endlessly out of the can, over the hands and into the lap in a very annoying fashion. Despite the loss, the entire contents couldn't fit inside a targeted clear glass liter mug because of the excessive stark white foam. It reduces erraticly, unevenly and most certainly, unattractively. There are sporadic spots of glass lacing, but nothing can rescue this visual. It smells maybe like a Saison, as there's no malt, very little hops and some funky sweet and sour citrus going on for the nose. As self-described, it's honey-lemon in flavor, as it is in color. The honey isn't too sweet and the lemon isn't too sour, so this has a nice balance there. The mouthfeel is soft, although that might be the result of projecting all that foam at the onset of cracking open the can. Overall, this provides a mild honey-lemon flavor without much depth, nor cough drop sweetness. It drinks smoothly and carries a relatively low ABV. The question, for a serious beer lover, is, why bother?
