4.6% Saison. We brewed this classy Saison with Pilsner malt, hopped it with Saphir and Hallertau Mittelfrü, and fermented it with our 2025 Foraged Yeast Culture. The malt and hop combo is very reminiscent of our House Lager, with herbal lemon and floral notes; but the yeast character is the dominant force, with this year’s culture really coming into its own at this point, showcasing classic Belgian-style ripe fruit, chewing gum, pear seltzer, homemade bread dough, anise, and white pepper.
