This one pours a clear yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells brightly lemony and clean, with a funky hay like aroma.
This is a pretty phenomenal house saison right here. It’s brightly citrusy and lemony, with a semi musty but still vibrant funk to it. There’s hay, smarties, pear, and stone fruit.
This is lighter bodied, but soft, with a very manageable acidity to it.
I could drink this one all the time – it hits all the marks you want for an American mixed fermentation saison.

Murky golden body with white collar, lacing, and islands, signs of active carbonation. Smell has so much funk and brett, with secondary lemon, hay, grains, basement must, and herbs. Taste hits you with brett wrapped lemon and orange, with slight notes of peach, pear, green apple, and herbs, plus more brett, funk, must, and a touch of burnt grain. Taste is swift and then gone in an instant, would have liked it to linger on the palate more, brett cumulatively starts to get a little much. Feel is very dry, funky, very bretty (if that is a thing), high carbonation, and has decent breadiness to the malts.
