Served in a tulip glass the beer was a bright golden/orange color with some haze and a frothy white head. The aroma was citric and tart with good floral notes and a fair amount of lemongrass.
This beer was immediately satisfying with a fruity sweetness and a tart kick from the yeast and nice bittering from the hops. Finish is clean with just the right amount of lemongrass to jazz it up. Light carbonation with just the right amount of prickly bubbles and a medium to light body. Overall clean and refreshing warm weather beer that goes down easy and commands another. Alcohol becomes noticeable so not a session beer. This was one of my favorites of all the beers I have tried from Forest and Main.
