The MatchMaker, a dry-hopped farmhouse ale brewed by members of the Block 15 family to celebrate their wedding!
The happy couple began with pilsner and pale malt and a touch of acidulated, raw and caramel wheat grains. CTZ, Amarillo, Citra, and Sorachi Ace went in the kettle; then Citra, Galaxy, and Chinook were used in dry-hopping. This slightly dry and tart farmhouse boasts a light hint of sweetness and a whole lot of love.
