Pours a peach color, with thick foam, that dissipates quickly.
Smell is crisp, with plenty of citrus, Seville oranges and lemon mostly.
Taste is very crisp, and not all that sour. Tartness is balanced by a nice, pithy bitterness. Lemon peel and lime notes lead into a dry finish.
Mouthfeel is thin and prickly, well carbonated.
Overall, a very refreshing sour with a nice acidity.

Bottle from Tin Bucket, split with Brian the other day.
A hazy, glowing golden yellow with a dense, white head, this looks great. The nose is a nice blend of bright hops and fruity Brett phenols. Citrus (mandarins, orange) and some tropical fruit from the Brett (papaya, mango) to go with a mild grassy and clove like funk. Malt character is low, though there is a mild dough note present. The palate opens rather crisp with a blend of clove and citrus with a noticeable grassy/hay like note from the Brett. Mildly fruity from the hops with citrus, peach and mango present complementing the papaya/pineapple Brett notes, this beer is mildly grainy on the mid-palate and finishes dry and with a little bit of grassy Brett funk. Light in body and moderately carbonated, this feels pretty good on the palate. Solid stuff.

500 ml Belgian style bottle from Lifesource in Salem OR. $4.99 Love the label. Pours a lovely bright hazy straw colour with a small yet persistent creamy white head..great lace. Aromas of soft orange and sour gummies, maybe a bit of ripe papaya and a touch of pear. Very tasty..for a "sour" its not too acidic but definitely a real sour. Soft lemon and salt..almost gose like But delicious. Nice mouth feel not thin but drinks easy. Good summer beers..should be in 6 packs

Agree with the tartness more so then sour. May need some time in bottle, but the hops shine in this young bottle. A tart ipa with a bit of funk and no bitterness. Lemon and funky fruit dominate but hops are very forward.
