500 mL bottle. Hazy yellow. Smells hoppy, grapes, light doughy malts, oak. Nice acidity. Hops really take over the flavor. Sourness and grape hoppiness. A little oak in the finish softens it. Medium body. Well carbonated. Nice.

Bottle at Doug’s house. Hazy golden, small airy head. Tropical aroma with yeast notes. Taste gets tangy, Brett , more of the grains. Still pretty reliant on the yeast and Brett, not overly tart though.

1 PINT .9 FL OZ bottle
Served in a teku glass
This beer pours a hazy golden hue. It is topped with less than an inch of beige head that leaves very little lacing.
The aroma is a little funky and tart. I get some light stone fruit and vinous notes.
The taste is tart with grape, wine, and citrus flavors.
Medium mouthfeel. Low carbonation
The wine barrel aging and the dry hopping make for a delicious beer. I love the tartness, as well.
