Pint sized can packaged March 13th.
Served billed into an imperial pint glass, the Brewer's Cut is a very hazy golden yellow with thick white head.
Aroma is fresh and full of citrusy and tropical fruit notes.
Equally enjoyable is the fantastic hop flavors and just the right amount of bitterness so you don't forget you're drinking an imperial IPA.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied and appropriately carbonated with a good balance for the style.
Overall a magnificent beer in every way. Well worth seeking out and enjoying as fresh as possible.

16oz can purchased in Medford, OR. Dated 03/20/17. Served in a nonic pint glass.
Pours clear pale golden with a medium head and lots of carbonation. Smell is greens and hops, maybe a hint of flowers.
Taste is hops, a little pine, a little straw. Super bitter finish. Very drinkable. Flavor builds as you drink it.
Mouthfeel is super dry and crisp. Overall, good beer.

A nice rendition of the original, a bit lighter in color perhaps? Aroma is tropical fruit and citrus zest, with floral and butterscotch notes. Very tropical and fruit forward. Also very strong citrus qualities. Pine as well. A bit more resinous and biting than the original also. Still smooth with a well balanced caramel malt backbone. This is what I have come to expect from B15 IPAs. Superb.
