Taster at brewery. Bright golden colored pour, patchy head. Gentle hoppy IPA aroma leads into a big , crisp floral, grassy hoppiness. Lingering bitterness.

Deep orange-amber color reminds me of a Bass Ale. Smell is delicate and faint- difficult to register. Feel is a little thick/creamy with a hearty, creamy head to match. Definitely fruity in the hops with good sweet/bitter balance. Mild astringency in the aftertaste lingers with some hop bitterness. The bitterness lingers the longest. Decent and drinkable, just not a favorite, probably due to the hop profile which is more tropical than I like for my IPAs, and the mouth-feel which makes it seem a tad heavier than it probably is.

16oz can served in a nonic glass. Pkgd 03/24/20.

Look- Slightly hazy golden amber color. Modest off-white head that recedes very slowly to a thin cap of foam, solid lacing. Very active carbonation streams visible.

Smell- Citrus (orange, grapefruit and lemon), pineapple, caramel malt, faint pine and floral/grassy hop notes.

Taste- Similar to the aroma, pithy citrus, pineapple, caramel, moderate bitter pine and grassy/herbal hops on the back end. Well balanced.

Feel- Medium bodied, dry and very crisp. Lots of carbonation on the tongue.

O- A pretty standard well crafted WC IPA, not on par with Sticky Hands but worth checking out if you see it.

16oz. can from Lifesource Natural Grocer in Salem OR.
$3.89
Pours the traditional burnt orange coloured IPA body but has a luscious pleasing thick and foamy cream coloured head.
Aromas of orange pips, hop dust, and lemon zest..all nice and fresh.
Extreme balance in the taste it all melds into one beautiful sunny trip.
Almost perfect mouth feel for such a beer..bright , breezy and easy!
Great bright non hazy IPA

Clear golden amber with plenty of white foam in the Maredsous goblet. Fruity, clean, not overly acidic, and fragrant. A classic modern American IPA. I won't venture to guess the hops but there are flavors of citrus and mango with a grapefruit peel aftertaste. Aroma of tangerine and pine.

Malty, a bit hot, and moderately bitter. Just a touch of pineapple. This is what I hope to see more of one the milkshakes and juice hop concoctions dissipate a little. It's plenty bitter, though, for those who insist on it. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station in Bellingham.

16oz can poured in a pint glass. Dated 3/19.

Pours clear golden with a small head and medium carbonation. Smell is very floral. Moderate honey and biscuit.

Taste is very floral, some lemon and citrus zest. A little breadier / biscuitier.

Mouthfeel is mild and light. Overall, good beer.

Block 15 prides itself on freshness. Sampled within 21 days of canning. It's a clear golden amber and a solid head. Pleasant citrus aroma. The first sip is tropical fruit all the way down: mango, grapefruit and stone fruit. Clean mouthfeel, well carbonated and balanced. A well-crafted IPA. Seek it out -- the can art alone is worth the trip.
