Pours a handsome amber brew with the slightest haze and plenty of foam in the Maredsous goblet. LIght body but malty and spritzy on the tongue. Sweet and resiny taste with lemony finish. I think of oatmeal cookies and shades of mint.
It's a different and robust mix of hops. This is something of an oddity and I think of an overhopped HIbernation or some other malty Old Ale. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated 09/07/21.

this is really good, and it makes me realize i have not had nearly enough hoppy stuff from these guys. i am so drawn to their wild stuff that i may have overlooked the ipa types. this is wonderful, pretty good clarity, high white head, nothing too aggressive in aroma or flavor, but not a boring ipa, balanced without being objectively malty in the old school sense, and just very well proportioned. the hops have tangerine and grapefruit notes to them, maybe a hint of peach or something too, but this is relatively dry, not too oily, and only moderately bitter, even kind of crisp in the finish, totally invisible fermentation profile too, nothing at all from the yeast in its efficient work. there is a little hop linger on the center of the tongue, but its immediately quenched by each fresh sip, and there is no greenness or anything harsh about it. nicely carbonated, somewhat minimal really, classic but also distinct, hard to do, especially in this style. really solid offering here, everyday beer for the hop enthusiast. i wish i had better access to their stuff!

16oz can served in a big snifter. Date is smeared along the lower rim. I think it was 10/20.
Pours a clear golden with a smallish head and not much carbonation. Smell is...papaya, I think. Pinkish-orange flesh fruit with big brown seeds (Google image search confirms that the image in my mind matches the word I'm saying, but that doesn't guarantee that the aroma I'm associating with it is correct). Maybe some melon as well, like cantaloupe.
Taste is biting at first -- fruity but not juicy. Bitter. The clarity with the bitter-forwardness makes me think it's West Coast style, but the flavor profile is totally different. Reading the can, I noticed the word lychee, and now I can totally get that in the flavor. Papaya doesn't come out as much, but the melon still does. And I think the bitterness is pretty piney.
Mouthfeel is dry and light. Overall, good beer. Interesting, too.

16oz can, dated something something 10/15 (seriously, why put dates on the tiny bottom ring? They never show up well, just don't fucking bother.). and poured into 14oz teku. Poured a lightly hazy orange-yellow color with a bit over 1/2 inch of white head that had decent retention and lacing.
Very light, almost no, grain in the scent, with lots of the currently popular frooty hops.
Same on the tongue, all hop, no malt.
The body was light, smooth, even, and had a semi-sweet finish.
Drinkability was fine, even if I found the beer a bit bland.
Overall, except for appearance, a typical modern murkbomb. Worth a shot if you like the frooty beers.

16 oz can. Sept 3/19....purchased weeks ago, within a few days of canning, but it got lost in the back of my fridge.
Still....
Pours clear copper, skim head, some lacing.
Lots of protein floaties in the glass, but I strongly suspect that's on me for waiting so long to drink it. (Follow up research item for next time...)
Fantastic. With a lower abv than Sticky, this one may become my favorite B15 offering. All the resiny hoppiness is there, perfectly small amount of malt backbone, just delightful.
The beer name and can artwork are perfect....memories of the quickly fading, sweetest season.
It's certainly good enough to become a year-rounder....so how about it !!?
Love it!

Canned on 9/19 and reviewed on 10/8. The pour is surprisingly light colored, more like a lager, but it sure isn't anything close to a lager otherwise. A very dominant of piney hops, with fruit and dank undernotes. There's a lot going on and we haven't even tasted it yet. A sip brings up a wallopping dose of hop goodness with no harshness or astringency. A modest 6.75% ABV is well masked. This is a well-rounded beer. Highly recommended.

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a medium golden amber with a fine, two finger white head with good retention and thick lacing. Aroma of citrus, dank hops with a little pine, orange and lemon, mild tropical and stone fruit. Flavor is pale malt, citrus and dank hops, grapefruit, light stone fruit, mild bong water and pine needles, lightly floral. Pine develops into a nicely bitter, dank, citrus rind and piney finish with a little minerally smokiness. Medium bodied with light to moderate creaminess. An interesting and somewhat differently flavored West Coast leaning IPA. Lots of mixed fruit, but somewhat muddled, in a good way. Dankness throughout, which is unusual in my experience; the dank notes meld well with the fruit. A bit offbeat, but flavorful and enjoyable IPA. Maybe the can graphics, but I do get a faint campfire smokiness in the tail end of the taste. The overall taste is pretty much a 4, but I really liked the herbal hop aftertaste, so it gets a little boost in taste score.

Canned 16 Sept.
A faintly hazy orange with a dense white head with excellent retention and lacing this looks great. The nose is welcoming, with notes of lychee, stonefruit, Crenshaw melon, a little honey and just a touch of warmth and earth, not unlike a fresh hop beer. Malt is minimal. The palate opens moderately bitter with a blend of grapefruit, lychee, and peach pit. This is followed by a blend of fruity hop flavors that don't veer into juice territory. A soft, mildly doughy malt character is present, working nicely with the flavors. Mildly earthy as well. Drying, soft and creamy on the palate, delicate flavors of fruit linger on in the finish. Quite excellent.

Clear gold with three fingers of bone color head.
Smell is dank and malty.
Taste is malty with floral hops.
Mouthfeel is light to medium good carbonation. The finish is fairly balanced. Slight bitter finish.
Overall a standard IPA. Date is hard to discern.

16 oz. can purchased from Lifesource Natural Grocers in Salem OR.
$3.49
Golden body with a huge thick and frothy eggshell white head.
Smells very traditional PNW..pine and dankness abides!! LOL love it.
Taste less dank and piney than i imagines..has more of a sweet citrus taste to it.
Mouth feel is fine..the carbontion seems too low really.
Not my favorite by a long way from this great brewery

Beautiful bright polished gold, clean, bone white foam, some lacing.
Clean soft pine and citrus aromas.
Kind of lemonade like sweetness backed by grapefruit and pine.
Extra crisp feel with a nice bitter linger
Solid IPA from these Kings once again. Cheers.
