Poured from a 16 ounce can into a tulip glass.
Look- Medium gold, very hazy, no visible particulate, frothy white head, above average head retention, average lacing.
Smell- Tangerine, pineapple, medium-high strength of scent.
Taste- Pineapple, tangerine, pine resin, lemon, medium strength of flavors.
Feel- Between medium and full body, average carbonation, moderately creamy, highly bitter, mild astringency.
Overall- Look was a nice medium gold with plenty of haziness. The bouquet was medium-high with notes of tangerine and pineapple. The flavors were a bit more complex, but not as high in strength as the bouquet. The feel was highly bitter and moderately creamy with a mild astringency. Overall this was an enjoyable experience with appealing flavors and scents, but not as delicious as the original.

I am unclear if this is a variant on Sticky Hands, or just a regular line from Block 15. Either way, even at a month out, it’s delicious!
Glows in the glass with a thick cap of foam. The aroma is floral, with lots of berry notes, along with a dank finish. There’s a bitterness on the end with a sticky pine sap note.

Palate Contaminants: none
The color is a medium-light gold. The light comes through pretty well and gets scattered just as well. Plenty of very fine white head.
The smell has a lot of pine and marshmallow. Banana, too. Really, there's a general tropical fruit thing going on, and I really try not to be that vague. There's white grapefruit that shades toward other citrus, but those aren't distinct, either. The citrus is medium sweet.
There's a lot more fruit taste. I think it's fair to brand this with "fruit cup," especially with the pear flavor, and there's increased sweetness, like you'd get with peach and cherries. The medium-sweet fruit balances pretty well with the maltiness. Definitely flavorful. There are traces of pine and lemongrass.
Weight is a bit light for the type, even if the flavor is substantial. The sweetness mostly goes away in the aftertaste, leaving lightly bitter malt and vegetation. Alcohol is detectable, about par for an eighter.

Probably would have been better to review when fresher. Not very citrusy or fruity. Plenty of dank pine. Opaque golf, mild head and lacing. Clean mouth watering finish, subtle booze. Going to rate it slightly higher due to remembering the first younger can was a lot better.

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy golden pour, white frothy head. Hoppy, grassy aroma. Taste is hoppy, but not getting much of the fruit flavors . Sticky Hands is usually a good bet, not sure what they were trying here. Hmmm...

13.5oz pour at The Bine. Entering my review from notes taken at the time.
Pours a clear light amber with a skin of head, smell is tropical and boozy.
Taste is lightly fruity, more grapefruit and lemon pith, some resin the finish. Lots of resin in the finish.
Mouthfeel is light and smooth, a little bit dry. Good WCIPA.

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a lightly hazy, medium golden amber with a two finger white head with great retention and thick lacing. Aroma of pale malt, citrus hops, mixed fruit esters, tangerine and grapefruit. Flavor is pale malt with a touch of caramel, citrus and dank hops, tangerine, grapefruit, mixed berries and tropical fruit; fine dank and somewhat pine resinous finish with serious bitterness. Medium bodied with light to moderate creaminess. This is the hardest to parse IPA I've run across. It seems like every citrus, fruit and light pine as well as dankness is all mixed together, no flavor really jumps out. It seems like a complex mess, but the hop bill here really appeals to me. I like fruit esters and they are here throughout the taste. Pine shows up in the finish, leaving a solid West Coast character and bitterness to the end. I can't say why, but this is one of my favorite of this series so far. Looks great and has an appealing aroma and flavor. I hope to see this one again.
