Look: Crystal clear straw yellow and a sudsy head immediately forms a pillow which begins receding to a film and leaves good lacing behind
Aroma: Warm bread, cereal grains, wafts of biscuits and crackers, light floral hop notes, and straw
Taste: Opens up with nice warmed biscuits and wafts of freshly baked bread which are quickly joined by a nice delicate floral hop bouquet. Cereal grains and some cracker-led malt peek in in the middle before biscuits and flowers return to close it out
Mouthfeel: Light but full, clean, medium-high carbonation, and a clean and fairly crisp but slightly soft finish
Overall: I dig it. Not only is this beer good but it’s one of the best styles to showcase a brewer’s touch since not much is in it to cover any flaws and these folks, to no surprise, nailed it. A tasty no-nonsense straight-up American Lager whose malt character and depth, plus a good floral hop component, come together in perfect harmony. Recommended

16oz can

Pours two fingers of white head into my Willi. Retention is average and the head fades within a minute or two. Lacing is somewhat patchy, but decent enough. Body is golden yellow, crystal clear, with a modest amount of bubbles coming up. Looks decent.

Nose is extremely clean, well attenuated, wet, and refreshing. Light bready/cracker notes, with very faint grassy hops. Very inviting, smells wonderful.

Flavor is clean, with a small pale maltiness. Hops quickly show up in the finish with notes of lemon and spice. Flavor hits a little harder out of the can, but this is still very nice.

Carbonation is quite high, which is perfectly fine here. Body is light, but the carbonation provides a bigger feel. Bitterness is low but present. Well attenuated but not dry, very small sweetness - well balanced. Lovely mouthfeel.

Drinkability is outstanding.

Overall a wonderfully clean and refreshing Lager, with a great balance and enough flavor to stay interesting.
