On tap at Les Caves
A: Golden straw color with a faint ring of white head.
N: Really nice straw and lemon zest. Dust and musk. Dry cheese, glue, earth, and some butter/diacetyl.
T: Sour and funky. A bit astringent to me from the yeast. Very little sweetness to be found, but bitter hops slide through the middle.
M: Very dry and palate scraping. Thins out through the middle too much for my liking.
O: Not sure if I really appreciate this. Doesn't have a beautiful full earthiness or the easier drinking nature of a saison. There's too much untamed wildness for me.

On tap at 16 Tons in Eugene.
A - Served a hazy light orange with a fine off-white head with good lacing and lots of lacing.
S - Lots of lemon zest and citrus. A touch of peppery spice.
T - Again tons of lemon zest/peel. A little tart but very tasty and light with a hint of spices to keep it balanced.
D - A light body with good carbonation.
O - A light crisp, lemony Saison. Perfect for the bit of sun today.
