Returned from a lovely weekend in Wisconsin with this 750ML crowler in tow. Split with my wife.
The crowler does crowler things & pops open all over my hands. Liquid flows forth – clear red that if compressed for thousands of years would make a spectacularly clear ruby. The nose is sweet red fruit esters & a touch of spiciness.
Central Quadder is a lovely clean quad. Mixed red fruit boom out front headed up by plums with a hearty assist from cherries. Rich sugar water added, along with mild spices, toffee, & a light bite of booze. Light & breezy feel with low carb that I’m attributing to the stupid crowler. Not hard to sip.
Brighter & sunnier than most quads. Nothing ground-breaking but a nice beer.
