Fat Elvis, aged in bourbon barrels with vanilla and dark cherries. On cask at Champps.
Solid firkin but the beer doesn't live up to the title. The vanilla is nice on the front end but there is a bitterness that overpowered the beer. You get a lot of roast (too much) and the dark cherries come in at the end. All the adjuncts sound great but just don't work well together with this beer.
