12oz bottle, CW goblet glass. Dark cola brown body, one finger frothy offwhite head, good retention, no lacing. Smell is rich chocolate, cocoa, milk chocolate and a light roast espresso, touch of earth. Flavour is fairly straightforward dark chocolate malt, light espresso and earthy bitterness. Milk chocolate and creamy cocoa. Fairly clean and straightforward pleasing imperial stout. Medium bodied, good carbonation, mildly creamy, good mildly bitter earthy finish. So... basically Satin Solitude with a bit of a bigger mouthfeel?
