Collaboration with Eagle Park Brewing Company

This American-style Barleywine was brewed in collaboration with our friends at Eagle Park Brewing. Featuring copious amounts of cinnamon, brown sugar, graham crackers, vanilla, nutmeg and toasted pecans.

The last of the BA Barleywines I haven’t reviewed, I think. Pecans & stuff. Only bought one because, well, it sounds weird. Here we go, weird.

Looks just like the base. Look it up. Smells like a bourbon barrel barleywine that one spilled into mom’s Christmas Pie. So much spices.

Pecan Pie Barleywine is a corruption of the base beer. Bourbon is faint to the point of disappearing like a bassist in an interview session & the dominant feeling, as in the nose, is a mélange of spices with a side of walnuts.

Not very impressive & glad I only bought one can. Mediocre. Beer.
