On a balmy 32 degree day, there's nothing better than whipping up a big ole dark beer. When I'm in a bind and need some sugar, I hit up my neighbor. In our case, that's Midway Bakery, run by Katie Fogle of the Dairyland Crew. I told Katie about this big stout idea, and she proceeded to inspire us with loads of different blondies. All were delicious in their own way, but we finally decided on the perfect one to pair with this stout. This decadent blondie-inspired imperial oatmeal stout is brewed with brown sugar, butterscotch crunch & toasted coconut; created to pair perfectly with a yet-to-be-revealed special blondie made by Midway Bakery.
