Pours dark, dark chocolate brown, nearly black, with a thin layer of crema colored head. Aroma is bourbon, chocolate (a LOT of chocolate), and a bit of cinnamon. Taste is chocolate, cinnamon followed by a very tiny bit of peppers and bourbon following up in the last of the profile. Mouthfeel is moderate and a bit muddled in taste but good. While recommended, there are others that are better examples, though this is in no way meant to lessen this brew.

great stout with many flavors of cinnamon vanilla and cocoa - light peppery in the after taste but not strong
