Here in Wisconsin winter is never truly over. Just when you think you can go back to wearing shorts you get hit with three feet of snow in the middle of April. Every spring can be described as a False Spring around here, so we made a beer to celebrate this unnerving time of year. The Pilsen malt and brown rice reminds one of the clear and crisp winter nights, while copious additions of tropical hops contribute notes of mango, strawberry, and pineapple that evoke images of summer and the hope that it will soon be here. This beer is best enjoyed outside on a warm day so drink it while you still can!

12oz can. Bottom of can is stamped with 'CANNED ON 05/05/23'.
Moderately cloudy straw colored body. One finger of white head, and this turns into an interrupted cap and ring. Leaves behind some horizontal strings of lacing.
Aroma of tangerine, mango, and pineapple.
Taste is guided by the hops - mango, berry, pineapple, melon, and orange. Low expression of bitterness, rather it is the sweetness that lingers.
Medium mouth feel. Juicy, and drying at the end. Good carbonation.
Good malt base, and the brewer's description mentions the use of brown rice.
