Pours brilliant, hazy red with an impressive four finger head. Aroma is sour cherry with a hint of lime. Taste is nicely sour with a strong cherry that follows and at the very end of the profile, lime makes a quick, brief appearance. Mouthfeel is smooth and tart with a hint of sweetness. This would be a wonderful beer on a hot summer day.

a fun summer sour, cherry limeade flavored, well refined but this is not the kind of thing i know and love central waters for, so while i appreciate the diversity and that this is in their bag, its also not the most exciting thing on their impressive menu, a crowd pleaser, heavily fruited sour type, clean and not too acidic, tasty and good for warm weather, sneaky strong in this style space too. the pour is reddish pink, a little thick and cloudy, but still with a backlit glow to it, modest white head on top. the nose is tangy both from the limes and the cherries, and also from the souring, lemony and sharp but not aggressive. the fruit seems real to me, less candied and forced than in a lot of these, and i definitely get some floral vanilla character in here too, makes it kind of feminine and sexy. the flavor is bold, lots of lime, quite a bit of cherry too, again real natural, and even with a little vanilla dessert element to this, its not too sweet to be drinkable. its fuller feeling, not quite smoothie level, but thicker for sure, with lighter carbonation and more gain body than malt flavor. there is nice finishing tang on this, but never too sour. not my favorite style overall, but they did a good job with this. tastes like a melted popsicle. central waters does everything well!
